The Association of Goldsmiths and Jewelry Making in Damascus on Saturdat set the price of one gram of 21 karat gold in local markets at SYP 6,800, while the price of one gram of 18 karat gold was set at 5,829.

The Association set the price of the Rashadi gold coin at SYP 50,500, the 21 Karat English Pound gold coin at SYP 56,500, and the 22 karat English Pound gold coin at SYP 59,000.
