Five Palestinians were killed and 17 were injured Monday in Israeli airstrikes which targeted a mosque and a number of houses in several areas across Gaza Strip

Maan News Agency mentioned that a Palestinian woman was killed on Monday morning after shelling al-Atatra area to the west of Beit Lahia while a man died of wounds sustained Sunday in airstrikes against Gaza city.

The Agency added that at least 17 Palestinians were wounded in Israeli air raids.

Three other Palestinians including a woman and her baby were also killed in Israeli airstrikes to the north of Gaza.

Medical sources said that the number of the Palestinians who have been killed in the Israeli draconian aggression has amounted to 2,126, most of which are children and women while the number of the wounded rose to 10,500.

The continued Israeli aggression for the 50th day in a row has also led to a huge destruction in the houses and the infrastructure in the Strip.
