The army and armed forces units assumed operations in pursing, targeting, killing terrorists and destroying their equipment and ammunition on Monday

Damascus

Authorities killed all members of a terrorist group while pursuing them at the east of Rouken-Eddin neighbourhood in Damascus, while one of its suicidal blew himself up, a military source told SANA.

Damascus Countryside

An army unit carried out a special operation in the northern foothills of al-Jebbeh town in al-Qalamoun Mountains near the Lebanese borders in Damascus Countryside, killing a number of terrorists from Jabhet al-Nusra, injuring others, and destroying four of their vehicles along with the weapons and ammo inside them.

SANA’s field reporter said that army units carried out a series of operations between Zebdin and Deir al-Asafir in the southern part of Eastern Ghouta, resulting in the death and injury of a number of terrorists and the destruction of their hideouts and concentrations, while an army operation targeting terrorists from Jabhet al-Nusra and Islam Army in Marj al-Sultan and its surroundings in the Eastern Ghouta left at least 16 terrorists dead or injured.

Activists in Douma city said that terrorists in the city announced that 29 of their members were killed in the Eastern Ghouta, including a group leader in Islam Army called Mohammad al-Sheikh Bakri, Khaled al-Sheikh Bakri, Mohannad Khebbeih, Yaser Shihab, Mohammad Noureddin Rashed al-Hamad, Mahmoud Nahhas, Ahmad al-Qasir, Mahmoud al-Halabi, and Jassem Shihab.

Daraa

An army unit destroyed a terrorist rockets’ launcher with all its crew near the

meteorological building in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood in Daraa province during a special military operation against Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist’s hideout.

The source added that another army unit destroyed terrorist organizations’ gatherings, inflicting heavy losses upon their equipment in al-Kark neighborhood, to the north and south of the post building in Daraa al-Balad.

Another army unit carried out direct blows to the terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts of Jabhat al- Nusra and the so-called Islamic al-Muthana movement, killing and injuring a number of their members in Kafer Shams village in the northwestern

countryside of Daraa province.

The army military operations against Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ hideouts in Atman town, 9km to the north of Daraa, resulted in the killing of a number of terrorists.

Other units killed a number of terrorists in Ayb, Inkhel and al-Seikh Miskin in Daraa’s northern countryside.

A number of terrorists were killed others injured and their weapons and ammunition destroyed during the army’s operation against them in al-Ghariyeh al-Sharkiyeh to the northeast of Daraa.

Quneitra

An army unit directed intensive strikes against terrorist concentrations at the western outskirts of al-Ajraf town in Quneitra province, resulting in killing a number of terrorists and destroying assorted weapons and munitions.

A military source said that other units destroyed terrorist hideouts and concentrations north of Nabe’a al-Sakhr village.

The army also carried out an operation in Mas’hara town which resulted in destroying a weapons and ammo depot belonging to Jabhet al-Nusra, in addition to inflicting heavy losses upon terrorists in the village of al-Hamidiye near the occupied Arab territories.

Hasaka

Army units continue to advance in Hasaka, establishing full control over 8 villages in the province’s southeastern countryside.

SANA’s correspondent said that units of the army and armed forces in cooperation with the popular defense groups established full control over the villages of al-Salaliyeh, al-Humer , Ward Shakra, Sakher, al-Serb, al-Mujibrah, Rajman and al-Tibbeh in the eastern countryside of the province after eliminating the last remaining gatherings of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorists there.

This achievement expands the security perimeter established in the eastern side of Hasaka city and helps cut off ISIS supply lines.

Another army unit targeted ISIS hideouts in the town of al-Arisha, near Hamad al-Asaad palace, and in al-Shadadi city 50km south of Hasaka city, inflicting losses upon terrorists in those areas.

A Source in Hasaka city said army units targeted ISIS concentrations and hideouts in al-Awena, Souda, and Ayd to the southeast of Hasaka city, killing and injuring scores of them and destroying their weaponry.

Homs

Army operations in Homs province resulted in eliminating a number of ISIS terrorists and destroying their weapons and ammo in the village of Rahoum, which terrorists use as a stepping stone to attack oil and gas fields in the Badiye desert.

A military source said that army units eliminated a number of terrorists and destroyed their weapons and ammo in the villages of Mas’ada, Rajm al-Aali, Salam Sharqi, Salam Gharbi, and Oum Suhairij, in addition to carrying out concentrated strikes on terrorist hideouts in al-Madraja hill, leaving many terrorists dead or injured.

A military source said the Syrian Arab Army’s air force destroyed a number of vehicles belonging to ISIS along with the terrorists on board in the surroundings of Shaer Mountain, al-Hendawi, and Manoukh in Homs countryside.

Hama

A military source said that army units destroyed terrorist hideouts in the areas of Kafr Zeita, Tal Fas, Jub al-Ahmar, and Qastoun in Hama countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon the terrorists.

Aleppo

Army units eliminated a number of terrorists and destroyed their vehicles in al-Lairamon, al-Amryeh, Saladin, al-Mashad, al-Sukkari, al-Ramouseh, al-Sheikh Saeed, al-Rashidin, Ourm, Bani Zaid, al-Shaqif, Kifr Naha and near the air force academy in Aleppo and its countryside.
