Army establishes control over more areas across the country, kills scores of terrorists

Army tightened noose around the terrorists in different areas across the country, establishing control over more villages, destroying their gatherings, hideouts, weapons and equipment, killing scores of them.

Homs

A unit of the army and armed forces blew up a tunnel for terrorist organizations and kills six terrorists in Talbeeseh in the northern countryside of Homs.

Earlier, the Syrian army air force destroyed the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorists’ gatherings and movement axes in the village of Hawarin, Housh Abu Faraj, Meheen town and its surroundings and at al-Mustaoda’at area in the countryside of Homs central province.

A military source told SANA Monday, that the ISIS terrorist organization received huge losses in personnel due to the army operations, and their depots, weapons, ammunition and machinegun-equipped vehicles were destroyed.

Daraa

All members of a terrorist organization were killed and their car was destroyed to the south of Syriatel Building in the continued operations of the army against the supply routes of the terrorist organizations, in addition to destroying one of their dens to the east of the National Hospital in Daraa al-Balad area in the southern Daraa province.

Meanwhile, the Takfiri organization of Jabhat al-Nusra said on Twitter that it killed the Commander of the so-called “Shuhada al-Yarmouk Brigade”, terrorist Abu Ali al-Baridi through a suicide attack against one of the headquarters of the extremist organization.

The terrorist organizations acknowledged on their accounts on the social networking pages that the terrorists of the so-called “Shuhada al-Yarmouk Brigade” have killed about 50 leaders of Jabhat al-Nusra in a month and killed 300 of its members.

Sweida

In the northeastern countryside of the southern Sweida province, units of the army carried out precise strikes against positions of the ISIS terrorists in Khirbet Sa’d village and in al-Ghabeb valley.

Heavy losses were inflicted upon ISIS terrorists in personnel and arms and a number of their positions were destroyed in the strike

Lattakia

Army establishes control over more villages north of Lattakia

A military source announced Monday that the Army established control over the villages of Deir Hanna, al-Daghmashliyeh, Bait Aiyash and Medakhat Ghamam area in the northern countryside of the coastal Lattakia province after inflicting heavy losses upon the Takfiri terrorist organizations in personnel and equipment.

The source told SANA that the army units, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, aided by the Russian air force, continued advance in the northern countryside of the province and established control over those villages.

The army inflicted heavy losses upon terrorist organizations and destroyed their headquarters with all weapons and ammunition inside them, The source added.

Meanwhile, the Syrian army air force targeted terrorist organizations’ headquarters and movement axes in the villages and towns of al-Zweik and Rabiaa in the northeastern countryside of the province.

The army destroyed the terrorists’ headquarters and fortresses with all terrorists on board and all weapons and ammunition inside them.

Aleppo

In the northern province of Aleppo, the Syrian Army air force targeted Jabhat al-Nusra and other terrorist organizations’ gatherings and their supply and movements’ axes to the north of Pashkoi village and in al-Mansoura village in the northern amd western countryside of Aleppo province.

The army’s air raids destroyed hideouts, vehicles, weaponry and gatherings for ISIS terrorists in the villages of Akouleh, Aharbaa, Aran and Shamawiyeh in Aleppo eastern countryside.

A number of hotbeds , arms and ammunition for the terrorist organizations were destroyed in accurate Army units’ operations against their positions in the neighborhoods of al-Rashedeen1, al-Rashedeen4, Salah al-Deen and al-Ameriyeh, the military source affirmed.

Meanwhile, army units destroyed terrorists’ vehicles and killed who were on board in intensive operations on their gatherings in Kafr Hamra, Tal Msaibeen and al-Twaihna north of Aleppo city.

Elswhere, the army smashed other terrorists’ dens and destroyed their arms as a number of terrorists were killed in al-Mansoura and Kan al-Assal.

The army destroyed terrorists’ hotbeds and vehicles for the so called “al-Jabha al-Islamiya” and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organizations to the west of al-Nairab city and Barqoum city , 27km south of Aleppo city.

In Aleppo eastern countryside, ISIS terrorists suffered heavy losses in army operations in Tal Istabel, Shweilekh and Najara.

Hama

Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, eliminated more than 50 terrorists during operations against their positions in the northern countryside of Hama.

Sources on the ground told SANA that an army unit destroyed fortified positions and a site belonging to “Jaish al-Fatah” terrorist organization during concentrated operations against their gatherings in Attshan village to the north of Hama city, which resulted in the killing of 10 terrorists, including Firas al-Saleh, who was a leader in Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization.

In the northwest countryside of the province, the sources said that army’s strikes against the gatherings of Jabhat al-Nusra, “Jund al-Aqsa” and “Ahrar al-Sham Islamic Movement” resulted in killing 32 terrorists, including Ahmad Khaled al-Bakri, and destroying one of their positions, 2 armored vehicles, and 5 vehicles transporting weapons and ammunition.

Another army unit launched accurate strikes against the gatherings and fortified positions of the “Ajnad al-Sham” terrorist organization in Kafr Zita village northwest of Hama city, killing 9 terrorists including Ahmad al-Zalf, Mohamed al-Nakar and Ahmad Abad al-Aziz al-Mahmoud, while 5 others were injured.
