The army continued advancing in Aleppo and other provinces, inflicting heavy casualties and material losses upon the terrorist organizations.

Aleppo

More villages under army control

Aleppo, SANA, Army units, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, established control over al-Eis, Banes, Tal Hadiyeh, Rasm Sahrij, Tal Bajer, Tleilat, Maryouda, Khirbet al-Kousa in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo province, a military source told SANA on Friday.

The terrorist organizations in those areas suffered heavy losses in personnel and equipment, with a number of their heavy machinegun-equipped vehicles getting destroyed, according to the source.

Today’s new achievement came hours after several other areas came in the army’s hands, including the strategic al-Eis hill and al-Hader city, in addition to Tallet al-Arbaeen, Khirbet al-Mazare, Khirbet Nizha and Khirbet al-Mshaweh.

The source noted that the army units and the popular defense groups continued hunting down the terrorists in the southwestern countryside to ensure its full security.

In the eastern countryside of Aleppo, army units established control over the village of Erbid after targeting ISIS gatherings and movement routes and inflicting heavy losses in personnel and equipment in the ranks of ISIS.

Moreover, the army targeted terrorists’ hideouts and concentrations in Tal Istabl and al-Salihyeh, killing a number of terrorists and leaving others wounded.

The army also carried out operations against the ISIS terrorists in the areas of Sharba’, al- Afash and Ein al-Jamajim near Kwairis Airport, killing scores of terrorists and destroying machinegun-equipped vehicles.

To the west of Aleppo city, an army unit destroyed ammo and weapon deposit for Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists in al-Mansoura, 10 km of Aleppo city.

Meanwhile, the army killed and injured scores of Jabhet al-Nusra terrorists and other Turkish-backed terrorist organizations in al-Amryeh and al-Sheikh Saeed neighborhoods in Aleppo city.

Deir Ezzor

SANA reporter in Deir Ezzor confirmed that the army killed 60 terrorists, the majority of them of non-Syrian nationalities, after targeting their hideout in Hwejat Sakhr in the province’s south-eastern countryside.

Lattakia & Hama

Army units, in cooperation with popular defense groups, established control over al-Karoura Mount and Talat Hassouna in the countryside of Lattakia and Hama, killing scores of non-Syrian terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions, a military source affirmed.

Meanwhile, the Syrian army air force targeted hideouts for Jabhet al-Nusra and Jaish al-Fatih terrorist organizations in Morek, Lahaya, al-Lataminah and Kifr Zeita in Hama northern countryside, killing scores of terrorists and destroying their weaponry and munitions.

Homs

Army units killed and injured scores of ISIS terrorists near Jazal field, al-Shaer Mount and Manoukh village, north-west of Palmyra city in the central province of Homs.

In Homs south-eastern countryside, the army targeted ISIS gatherings and hideouts near Hawarin and in al-Mustawda’at near Mahein town, killing and injuring scores of terrorists in the process.

Daraa

Army units destroyed a vehicle equipped with a heavy machinegun and loaded with arms and ammunition for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in the direction of Hamidet al-Taher-al-Nazihin Camp in the southern Daraa province.

Friday.

A number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were killed or injured and their arms and weapons were destroyed in an army operation in Ataman town, 5km north of Daraa city.
