Bogdanov, Abdullahian discuss aspects of solution to crisis in Syria

Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdullahian discussed on Wednesday with Russian President’s Special Representative to the Middle East , deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov the latest regional developments and means to implement the recent agreements to resolve the crisis in Syria politically.

Bogdanov affirmed that the recent accords realized at the meetings of the international Group for Supporting Syria in Vienna and New York is form “a step forwards,” hailing the Iranian prominent role in the region.

For his part, Abdullahian pointed out to the necessity of the commitment of all parties to resolve the crisis in Syria in a political way.
