Syrian golden Lire in markets next Saturday

Chairman of the Association of Jewelry and Goldsmith making Ghassan Jazmati told SANA that the golden Syrian Lire will be in the market next Saturday, expecting it to compete its English and Rashadi counterpart due to its 21 Karat.

He said that the workshops accredit at the Association have the right to buy the lire's template and produce whatever they want.

Jazmati pointed out that the amount of gold that was sold in Damascus and its Countryside reached 15 Kg, expecting this number to increase through the next weeks to 20 kg a week.
